Villa Rusnjak, close to the middle age town Motovun, is situated in the region
of Istria, Croatia. Villa Rusnjak sleeps up to 14 people.
The apartments share a beautiful garden, pool house with barbeque place and an
astonishing view of the valley.
The villa is located close by the old town Motovun. The big city wall dates from the
13th century. You probably find the most fantastic view in Europe here, a must see!
Motovun has several restaurants, bars and shops.

Floor2: Bathroom with shower, two bedrooms with twin beds, one bedroom with two

55 m2 – 4 sleeps, Kitchen with dining table of six persons. Living room, bathroom. Two bedrooms; one twin bed and two single beds.
Apartment 3
35 m2 – 2 sleeps, Kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom with a twin bed.
Apartment 4/ The Studio
25 m2- 2 sleeps, One bedroom with a twin bed. Bathroom (but no shower and no kitchen.) Only available if you also rent one of the other apartments.)
